COVID-19 A&E diagnosis codes SNOMED CT
SNOMED diagnosis codes for identifying people presenting to A&E with COVID-19. These codes are intended for use with NHS Emergency Care Data Set (ECDS) data only. Note that 1240751000000100 is deprecated as of 31 March 2022. The other three codes (1325171000000109, 1325181000000106, 1325161000000102) were introduced on 1 July 2021.

COVID-19 Exclusion (Primary Care) - Maximal Sensitivity SNOMED CT
Exclusion criteria for identifying COVID-19 in primary care when using a maximally sensitive codelist. This codelist has been created to be used in research where you are aiming to identify cases of COVID-19 in primary care using a maximally sensitive codelist (see references) and must then use an exclusion criteria to ensure you are not identifying patients incorrectly.
