Any code for either of these conditions will be taken to indicate presence of an 'other' chronic respiratory condition, absence of codes for either condition as absence of the disease. This is intended to provide coverage of all cardiovascular atherosclerotic disease when combined with separate codelists for IHD and cerebrovascular disease. |
