These medicines are all licensed for the treatment of depression. The following antidepressants from this chapter have been excluded: Flupenthixol, Levomilnacripan, Oxitriptan. Other Respiratory Conditions CTV3 Patients who have any other chronic respiratory condition than COPD considered as a respiratory condition for the UK influenza surveillance programme. It covers: fibrosing lung disease, bronchiectasis or cystic fibrosis. Any code for either of these conditions will be taken to indicate presence of an 'other' chronic respiratory condition, absence of codes for either condition as absence of the disease.

Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ritonavir) absolute contraindications - dmd dm+d This codelist contains drugs which are likely to contraindicate the use of Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ritonavir). This list is a refinement of previous "do not co-administer" lists to filter out drugs where mitigation strategies may be employed - e.g. withholding the drug during Paxlovid therapy.

The definition of PAD in this codelist is not limited to limb disease. It includes pathologies affecting vessels not existing within (or primarily supplying) the coronary, cerebral, or retinal circulation. This is intended to provide coverage of all cardiovascular atherosclerotic disease when combined with separate codelists for IHD and cerebrovascular disease.
