Description
This codelist identifies records indicating that a patient declined a Patient-Reported Outcome Measure (PROM) for anxiety disorders in primary care.
Methodology
Inclusion criteria for codes: Codes that explicitly indicate a PROM for anxiety disorders was offered or considered but declined by the patient.
Exclusion criteria for codes: Codes indicating completed PROM administration, recorded scores, screening findings, diagnostic statements, or general administrative activity that does not explicitly indicate declined PROM activity.
Codelists are developed by a broad community of users for individual study purposes, which may or may not meet the needs of other studies. They should not be thought of as universal definitions of a particular condition.
