Procedure category: Hip replacement - Replacement of the hip joint, including resurfacing of any part of the joint, revision of a previous replacement and conversion from a previous hemiarthroplasty or bone fixation. To identify only people who are housebound at the time of search, it should be used in conjunction with the separate codelist for "no longer housebound".
