Description

Intended to capture AE attendance due to COVID.

Methodology

After downloading the ECDS Enhanced Technical Output Specification (https://digital.nhs.uk/data-and-information/data-collections-and-data-sets/data-sets/emergency-care-data-set-ecds#ecds-enhanced-technical-output-specification), the 20.1 Diagnosis tab was searched for 'covid', there were three matches, plus one deprecated code, and one additional code for 'SARS'. These 5 codes were added to the codelist.
