Methodology

This codelist is derived from the Solid Organ Transplantation codelist version 2020-04-10 and Chronic Kidney Disease codelist version 2020-04-14.

Codes relating to kidney transplant were selected from the Solid Organ Transplantation codelist following clinical review. In addition, 2 QOF codes relating to kidney transplant (not included in the Solid Organ Transplantation codelist) were selected from the Chronic Kidney Disease codelist.
