Methodology
Context: For the Pharmacy First project
Inclusion/exclusion criteria:
Cloned from codelist : urinary tract infection
Included a range of conditions that might present with symptoms similar to UTI
Included presentations in pregnancy (aware that these will be excluded when applying the 'patient pregnant' criteria when undertaking patient selection.
Borderline cases: See sensitivity vs specificity below.
Sensitivity vs specificity: The aim of this codelist to be reasonably sensitive to presentations or UTI or related conditions that might present with symptoms similar to UTI
