Prochlorperazine DM&D dm+d
This codelist contains the DM&D list of all formulations of prochlorperazine, which is an antipsychotic used for the treatment of psychosis and also nausea and vomiting. Due to its common use in diverse indications we have kept it separate from other antipsychotics.
