Respiratory Virus (Unspecified) Identification (Primary Care) SNOMED CT
Codelist for identifying repsiratory infections in primary care which have no identified pathogen. For additional case identification, the SNOMED codes for LRTI (50417007) or UTRI (54150009) can be used to identify cases in emergency care (ECDS). For additional case identification in older adults, the SNOMED codes for COPD diagnosis code (195951007) can be used to identify cases in emergency care (ECDS).

Codelist for identifying repsiratory infections in secondary care which have no identified pathogen. For additional case identification in older adults, COPD and Asthma exacerbations can be recorded as cases (see references).
